This is an orange pure silk handloom chanderi saree with zari work. The saree features shankh zari bootas all over and green, red & gold zari borders. The saree comes with an unstitched blouse piece.

Rooting from the Vedic period, Chanderi is believed to have been founded by Lord Krishna's cousin, Shishupal. It is one of the finest handloom clusters, for its fine cotton and silk texture embellished with zari.
