Yes, it is oh-so-cute and so 1940s. Red and white gingham seersucker with a peaked wide waistband  a gathered bodice, and eyelet trimmed pockets  Closes in back  with cherry red celluloid buttons. The straps also are attached with buttons and can be crossed if you desire. I believe this was homemade.
